Comment, awards, and press
BBC Gardener's World presenter and local, Joe Swift, is wholeheartedly backing the project and has given us invaluable advice.

'I'm really impressed by all the hard work and commitment of the Friends of King Henry's Walk Garden. It's a fabulous space and a really exciting project right in the heart of London.
Opportunities to transform areas like this just don't come along very often, and I'm delighted to be involved and look forward to seeing it develop over the years into a great garden.'
– Joe Swift
Clive Anderson, president of The Woodland Trust, visited the garden on Tree Day, 16 February 2008.

'It was a brilliant, sunny day on Saturday. And brilliant to see a corner of Islington turned into a fantastic garden. King Henry would be impressed ...'
– Clive Anderson
