Author of The Urban Kitchen Gardener, Tom Moggach introduces brilliant new plants such as Japanese shiso, Mexican mouse melons, shungiku, lemon verbena - all easy plants to grow but hard to find. Tom gives tips on finding them, growing them and cooking them with tastings to inspire you to give them a try.
