Like to know more about fermenting fresh vegetables? Ximena Ransom will be demonstrating how to make Saurkraut and Kimchi. These naturally fermented pickles are cheap, easy and fun to make, and are a super healthy addition to your diet.
Fermented foods aid digestion and boost your immune system and once you know this simple method you can ferment any of your surplus or homegrown veg, and store these delicious pickles for months.
For those that have attended before there will be some new variations such as soft fermented fruit drinks.
Please bring with you three 300ml sterilised jars or container to take ferments away.
